What happens after you reach out, how projects are scoped, and how feedback works.

Scope, pricing, and timelines

How pricing works and what affects timeline.

How long does it take?

Most projects run 2–6 weeks. A sprint can be 1–2 weeks. A full website copy system is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly we can review drafts.

How do you set pricing?

I price by scope, not by hour. You’ll receive a fixed quote based on deliverables, complexity, and timeline. If scope changes mid-project, we pause and re-scope before writing more.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many clients start with a Positioning & Messaging Sprint or a single landing page, then expand into a full site or email sequence once the message is proven.

Do you offer ongoing retainers?

Sometimes. If you need ongoing landing page iterations, email campaigns, or content briefs, we can set a lightweight monthly cadence after the initial foundation is in place.
